Finally, I am here again. It’s about 2 weeks back, I spending my day with my lappie but not about blogging but almost everything about work. For a 21 years old guy just like me, I doesn’t need all these kind of life and I can go and enjoy my teenage life as what my friends around me does.

To be honest, I noticed some of the matter about life. One you start your adult life, you will never want it stop just like that but you hope you get something better than your current one. Just like me, I am looking for some others good opportunities right now. I have no issue if my bosses reading my blog here because it’s my right to set it free here. One of my superior come to me and asked yesterday. “Hey, Zach, when you want to resign huh?” I am curious about his curiosity, “Why you wanted to know? Being interested in me?” “Erm, I just wanted to know how patient you could be since you have a lot of difficult customers here.” He sounded like observing me.

“Guess what? Soon you will lose your job, if you have such perception about your job.” I am whispering beside his ear. “Why?” “Because you are the space here if you got your easy cases everyday as what you expected. There would be no customer service department if everyone is satisfying. This is the reason why I said soon you will lose your job.” I told him. He was just paused there for a moment.

I can’t deny some of the people out there do not understand what the customer service is about. Some of them might think that, “you are just talking on the phone and answer your customers‘enquiries. That’s all about.”

I didn’t reject the statement and it is not wrong but that is only part of our job. I do have such “innocent” point of view before I join customer service. Properly some of the Degree holder or even high qualification than us can’t even define you what is the customer service about during the interview. That’s normal.

I do have a lot colleagues who have Degree qualification and above around my office. For me, that is only a paper with nothing if you are fresh enough. Maybe I am much lower qualification while comparing to them. Some of them might think that they held degree and they are the intelligent one among us. Just go ahead, if you are smart enough and I decided pull my legs out from the matter and stand aside to look for the whole process.

Maybe It would helps to lower down my blood pressure so that I can relax myself and blogging here as normal day that I had.

It’s about a month I never visit any blog here since my last posting on November 16, 2009. It’s about 1 month and 2 weeks I didn’t updated my blog here. Most of the people might be curious what I am doing within these few weeks.

As per usual, I do blogging as one of the method that I release my negative energy by words but still some of the post I will not going to upload it but keep it for my personal review. It’s about over 15 drafted posts that I had done during the night time before I went bed every night.

With this few weeks, I feel so happening around my life. It get changed after I got promoted, it’s about stressful work, excellent customer service experiences, effectiveness solution, efficiency feedback and excellent case handling skills. It’s a big different between my current job scope and my previous one would be the channel and the procedure is different. I am just work by instruction previously. As what my superior and my trainers said, I will just work on the instruction but I am no longer work with this kind of situation from now on…

Every step that I take would be a risk. It properly will rough my company name by a wrong decision made. As in operational level, we do have a lot of situation that we never experience it and it’s really happening in the surrounding and I still put myself in the learning process to gain more and more ideas how to actually handle some of the cases.

I was planned to leave since 6 months ago but from time to time when I met something new. It would properly make me stay for quite sometime. I believe in “Opportunity will only ready for those is ready”. This is what I always told myself every time that I really frustrated about my work and I’d shared with my experience with my colleagues who really wanted to explore themselves in this surrounding. So I will still plan to leave this company and look for others company instead of remain in the same environment, I’d rather than going out to try on something new by different job scope.

I have experienced something different in my current position regardless from the point of view, handling skills and communicating skills is changed. Hopefully it is the good one and keep on moving with this kind of changes.

It’s about 6pm now and I decided to leave my office earlier today. I am just over-working with my brain and I feel so tired. Before I stepped out from my room, one of my colleagues come to me and said, “Hey Zach. I want to ask you something. Sorry to bother you now but I think I should make it by today.” She looks serious. So I invited her to my room, “Yup, what is it regarding? It is actually regarding to the leave application that you applied before but I found that some of the record doesn’t clear so I would like to double confirm with you once again.”

Normally, if I met this kind of “last minute” situation I will be pissed but I don’t for this time because she excuses herself politely. “Ok, let me check it and revert to you by tomorrow. Therefore, I would like to share with you something. Please do not give me last minute statement again. If possible… and I applied this leave on July 2009 but you only come to me on December 2009. Not again… ok? I will revert to you properly by tomorrow after lunch. Thank you.”

Surprisingly, this is the first time I never mad because I know we are working at the same environment and she do have her own task to busy with. I will not blame her for anything.

Raining Monday

Is been a long time I left my blog-spot, I tried to make it daily basis but I failed myself. Its’ kind of practical for my writing skills but still I give a lot of excuses for myself to actually skipped it. Not really excuses but be honest, I am busying with my work lately.

My life getting busier either working hours or none working hours from time to time, this is the signal of grew up. Comparing to my first month of joining my current company, I am free all the time and working without stressful matters for that moment. From month to month, my job scopes getting wide and more responsibility towards myself.

It is good for me because I am learning about communication and ideas of handling customer enquiries and attending to customer complaints. Its challenge my skills of interpersonal communication and practice my communication skills to handle those customer’s complaints. I feel some changes of my thinking style. I think something different when I am working comparing to my usual patterns. I know it’s kind of weird when someone met me in my office and I am treated them differently and make them feel so uncomfortable in the office style Zachery.

I am waiting for the feedback of the position. Quality Assurance position is not an easy job but that is not tough job as well. Quality Assurance all about supporting to the agents attending customers enquiries and coaching them if found any improper way or misinformation. So worries about that, I am lack of self-confident when I noticed my competitors was my Team Leader. I was thinking “Gosh, I might not get it.” But at the end of the day, I decided to leave it for my luck.

It is raining out there, and I feel so lazy today when I am doing my task in my office. In addition, I just had my medic after I had my breads. What to do? I should had it because I am sick and had promised with Willy and Lawrence before that I should take good care of myself.

I woke up around 10am today and I having day off. As usual after I washed my face and clean up myself I will check on my phone. My mobile screen had shown a message received by an unknown number, “Hi Zachery, still recognized me? Is been a long time we didn’t chat over the phone.”

I will not reply those unknown number which existed on my screen and I just left it aside and look for my breakfast. After I finished my breakfast, I took my mobile from my bedroom to living room to transfer the songs from my computer. Once I on my mobile, I had another 2 more unread messages. “Zachery, why do not reply my message? Or you can’t recall who am I? There a hint for u, 911.” As stated in the first message, I got some idea of who is the person but I’m not so sure. So I continue to check for the second message, “Hey, I guess you can’t recall who I am now. The second hint for you, I am your…” I haven’t finished the message and the unknown number calling in, so I just answered the call.

The voice sounds familiar to me, “Hey Zachery, is been a long time I didn’t hear from you. You are so bad, as you promise me you will give me your mobile number after you changed the new one but I had been waiting for you about 4 years.” She said. “Excuse me, do I know you? I don’t think we chat before and I do not have your contact record here. I want to end up the conversation and I am busy to entertain you.” I am fully showing not interested to talk with her.

“Zachery, are you mad at me now? I am Ms. A here don’t you remember?” She said. “Oh my fucking Gaga, how did you get my number? I do not want to talk to you.” I am shouting to her. “I have my own way to get it. No bother.” She said. “Fuck off bitch, I don’t want to talk with you just get off from my vision.” I cut off the line after that.

For the whole day, she kept on calling me and texting me but yet, I changed my inbound call to only for selected contacted allow to get through but I am still receiving those voice mails notification.

I feel like want to listen a song by Mariah Carey named “Obsessed” because the lyric for the song is almost same situation as what I met for the past 4 years about this girl. This is the reason why I being so offensive and keep on escape from her.

Going Home

It is my day off after me fighting with my busy and stressful work in my office. As a 21 years old guy, they shouldn’t work like me. I was wondering about how does a 21 years old guys should be?

Early in the morning, one of my colleagues called me up and asked me something about the cases that he met. Anyway, I am happy to assist him but somehow I’m mad because I still crashed on my work even though I am having my holidays. It’s doesn’t matter, I am enjoying the feeling when people asking for help.

I had been in an interview yesterday in my office with Caroline and Sunny. Caroline was my Manager whereby she is providing backend office support to Contact Centre. She was kind of person who nice to talk with. I am enjoying when we sharing the Contact Centre issues and opinion. Hence, we had discussed a lot issues about floor and share the opinion of the solution.

Sunny is our new Customer Relation Manager. He is another nice guy to talk with whereby we do shared some opinion and exchanged some experiences with each other in the interview section.

To be honest, this is the most professional interview section that I ever had before. Firstly, they do questions me some of the practical questions to evaluate my abilities and my ranged. In the interview section, I do feel comfortable and enjoying the whole sections because I just telling them my stories and my experiences. Secondly, I do not think anyone of the agents on floor they do admitted they are still in the learning process in stead of showing them how best they were even they do not have any idea of their work.

Thirdly, the interviewers itself, even you did some misperception they will educate you instead of shot you with the fire gun. This is a good example to the entire customer service should be. I don’t think I will be regret if I didn’t get the position but yet I am satisfied with the interview but one thing for sure I will put on the resignation letter and going back to my hometown to spend my day with my family.

I almost reached my destination with another 45 minutes more to go. Looking at the clock, it is 9p.m. So I decided to text my dearest friends who came back to hometown from somewhere. I am grad to hear that actually and decided to meet him up. Unfortunately, he is unavailable at the moment. Guess he was busying around with his work here, doesn’t matter.

I reached my house around 12.45am after I fetched my parent home from work and I start to pack my stuffs. I got to move my “nest” tomorrow morning. I started my packing work with my hyper sensitive nose, and end up with allergic. Damn it! I should put on a mask at the beginning, but I just don’t have it in my house. The end of the day, my skins pops out those red spots and feel so itchy while sleeping.

Last by not least, there are my advised to those who having dust-allergic. Have to make sure you put on a mask before you doing your cleaning work. If you met the situation like what I do, wish you luck then because I have no idea too… LOLZ

My 21st Birthday

My bb wrote it in the birthday card... so touching^^

I had a very unforgettable 21st Birthday. This is the first time I celebrating it with my love and the most memorable night that we spend our time together to wait for 12am. We had candle light dinner at Federal Hotel Revolving Bintang Restaurant.

And yet, this is the first candle light dinner that I had with my love and I never had it previously but with my admirers. It is different kind of feeling when we had dinner together, it is romance and lovely.

After we had our very first candle light dinner in Federal Hotel we returned to the house. My room light is on, so I am curious that maybe we forget to switch it off before we left. So no bother, I don't even aware of the gifts is on my bed even.

Nonsense Message

I received one text message from nonsense fellow. Content of the message would be, “Hey, Happy birthday! Do you feel weird why I greet you like that? Because… This is my phone, my phone credit, my number, so I can write whatever thing that I want to and send to you. So “GONG XI FA CAI.” When the moment I read this message from an unknown. I replied back, “May I know which idiot is on the line? I think you must be angry why I will call you as Idiot now. Don’t get mad because you can’t. The reason would be, this is my number, my mobile, my credit. So that I can text whatever thing I want to. Last but not least, please F*** off your nonsense.”

I just don’t understand where they get my personal number. I am very sure that I will never disclose of my personal number to someone that I not familiar with the person or even I don’t know them at all. I am just curious how to get my number? Kind frustrated with those people because of their nonsense messages. It actually brings me a lot of troubles just like some misunderstanding between me and my bb.

As what I had experienced previously, I accidently read my bb incoming message. It was sent by an unknown number and I started to suspect everything. I am trusted on my bb because I know bb won’t betray me. So I started want to find out who is that fellow actually, but I failed. I don’t know why I wanted to know about that, maybe this is kind of unsecure maybe I met this kind of matters previously. So I started feeling down and upset for whole day when bb going to meet client at Shah Alam.

After a time of period, I know I did something wrong that day because I shouldn’t suspected what my bb’ react. Somehow, bb should really worries about me since I’m always working out there. So I gained some trustworthy in my relationship by proving it.

I know it sounds weird I guess this is normal to every couples. If you really love someone, you will like to find out more about your lover and you will realized that your lover is adorable when every morning the moment you open your eyes and see your lover’ sleeping faces. It’s kind of sweet things ever.

I really enjoying when the moment I open up my eyes and looking to my bb sleeping faces. Bb looks cute when the moment sleeping by my side. When bb woke up, usually we will give each other morning kiss at forehead. It actually cheers me up for the entire day.

I’d heard some of my friends love story, most of them broken up because of misunderstanding, miscommunication or betrayal. I do learn from them and apply some of the principle in my relationship in order to avoid from those trouble which can spoilt my relationship.

I know would be long lasting because I knew it.

As per usual, I am working on Sunday. I guess many people out there working on Sunday same as I did. I hate working on Sunday because it seems my job always killed my wonderful weekend. If I having my day off on weekend even, I will spend my whole day by staying at home and watching movies. Since most of my friends are complaining, they got to work today. For me, I am thinking since we got to work today so what to do? Just enjoy your day and treated yourself nicely. This should help to reduce your tiredness.

I do realize about some of the Bangladeshi was so nonsense and they love to call for prank so much. I got few of Bangladeshi customers called in for prank and asked for nothing. One of them asked me to “die” or even “eat shit”. I said, “Alright, you will know what you deserved someday.” Therefore, I decided to suspend his account as per remark there “Fraud Case” since this is not the first time. So awaiting them to call in to un-suspend his account, I had doing some report to my superior in order to approve the request accordingly.

I had a very boring working day, by doing nothing and sitting in front of my pc to create some workflow for tomorrow. Apart from answering calls, I did have others work to do for example, replying customer enquiries through email (My new Task assigned by my superior) and record some of my team members’ performance and updated in the weekly performances record.

Some of my friends who working in the same environment with me before, they treated me as their “idol”. Surprisingly, I do not think I have such abilities to perform like their idol. I just doing my work and let my job become efficient and effective before I met the date line but I don’t think so.

It is 10.06pm now, when I am relaxing myself in my working station by sending some emails to my superior. One of the customers called in to enquire about his account status. As beginning, he is speaking in gentle with his mixed language of his “good” English language and I cannot understand him totally because of his broken English. I am so mean to tell him, “Sir, I am so sorry to tell you that. I cannot understand your language at all. Can you speak other language?” I talked to him nicely and politely. “As a customer service, you don’t understand my English hark? So lame one.” He scolded me. “I feel sorry to inform you that Sir, I unable to assist you if you still insisted speaking with your language and we do have different English level.” I said. After a while, he hung up the call with the ending, “F*** you.” It’s alright, it shown this person attitude and he actually doesn’t have high level of education. I will not blame him for anything.

I had a “bang” day, I think most of the people out there. They not really know what is the product they are using and how does it works without questioning everything. The end of the day, they just blame everyone and the world. What the point?

Audrey and Christine dated me to sing today and I actually felt so excited on it but a little lazy to entertain them. Usually I do prefer to spend my day off at home rather than hanging out there. Since during my working hours, I will be at out there. I had decided to hang out with them since I never met them for couple months especially Christine.

So I dated Mervin as well to join us for sing. He not really loves to sing actually but him willing to go with me. This is the first time I heard he sing, and it’s cute and make me feel so happy from the bottom of the heart.

I would like to present him a song name “Lucky” by Colbie Caillat featuring Jason Mraz. It was a very meaningful song for me because of the lyrics. I’m lucky to fall in love with my best friend, I’m lucky that we still that sweet even we had about 6 months relationship. I love you baby~

Pink Day

I am trying my best to take this writing as my daily habit. Yes, I did it but some of the blog story. I don’t think I can’t post on my BlogSpot and I decided to keep it as my private and confidential post for my personal review.

This is the 3^rd day I woke up from my lovely bed. I’m having insomnia these few days because I still unable to be alone on my bed. Although it’s only six months to be with M but M is became part of my life and I don’t think I can stay alone in this house. After I prepared myself for my first meal of the day, I sit in front of my laptop and started my mail checking, net surfing and chat around with my friends via MSN.

I don’t feel good with this lonely surrounding in my room so I was thinking to walk out from my room and get my housemate to chat for a while. Unfortunately, he was not available at the moment. So I just get back to my room and listening some songs and start singing while preparing to work. I am thinking to wear something different today. So I just get on my closet and start to do mixed and match.

We do have a lot of colours out there and each of them represent different situation and different kind of mood. What comes to your mind when you thinking about “colours”? Ever pondered upon the meaning of different colours, and how matching what you wear to an event or went out there is actually pretty significant?

Imagine if you wore a red colour clothe to a funeral. Ouch god! I’m sure that you will definitely get blame by the people around. Red colour was a symbol that represent joyful and celebration colours.

One colour can signify a hundred different things based on our characteristics, perhaps even an outlook on life and health. Cultural also meant for the colours that we choosing just like the example that I had mentioned.

I am wearing pink colour shirt to my office for my day. So when the moment I walked into my office and some of them was shocking because of the pinky shirt and I became their spot of the day. Most of them were in black colour today and it was as symbol that represents cold and unhappiness.

Pink colour was a symbol that represents romantically, sweet and adorable. It is what I want it to cheer my day. So I told myself before I went out from my house today, “Zach! Go Pink today! Hurray!” I know it sounds funny and kind of weird but this is the way I cheer up myself, it’s funny.

What you project should be your true colour. If you don’t like the colour of that shirt, don’t buy it. This will help you to save more and look for the colour that suits you. That, my friends, can be used as metaphor. Embrace your true self – each and everyone is a different shade of a different colour.

This is the first day that I got to get back to my “single” life for five days. I got to have breakfast alone, lunch alone, get to work alone, returned home alone and finally sleep alone.

As usual, after I woke up from my bed I will check on my phone before I go to wash my face. I get some brunch for myself. Nothing much, I cook 2 packs of instant noodle with a cup of milk, sounds weird match but it was nice.

03.00pm, It is pouring rain out there and I had decided taking cab from my house to my office. I just called up Public Cab (A large Public Transportation Service Provider) in Klang Valley. I reached my office around 4.45pm today, once I had settle down myself and get ready to work, my daddy was calling me before I get ready to be online.

“Zach! I want to know the reason why they still charging me so expensive? They just barred my line and I didn’t make calls as well but why they still charging me? That’s so unreasonable! What a big liar?” My daddy was shouting on the phone and keep on complaining about THEM. (P/S, “THEM” is mean one of the telecommunication service provider in Malaysia.)

“Dad, as I told you before. We had delayed for a bought forward amount last 2 months, do you still remembering that? Somehow, this amount is our usage plus my lovely brother crazy freak usage for the entire month before our line got barred and terminated his contract. Please bear in mind, barred all outgoing call doesn’t meant the bill will not running, it’s still running because your account is still active. They will still charge you on the monthly commitment.” I am just being sarcastically and explaining to my daddy full of patiently explanation and description but he just don’t want to take my advised on that. He is continuing to scold me.

“Dad, stop! You are driving me crazy now! I had told you before that, I had double confirming with the service provider Manager and he actually told me that after they done the investigation and there are nothing about the hackers in the their record. They just prove it to me. Why don’t you just trusted in what I did for you and you will never appreciated what I had done and kind of suggestions that I had advised you. The end of the day, with no bother… you never thinking back what I had told you before and you started to fuck up my ass. Don’t you ever think about me? I’m the most innocent one in the whole damn things, high usage record found in my brother account but the end of the story I’m the one who paid the bills! And I am the one who deserved for you to blame it on me. Think about it!” I just ended up the call, after I expressed all of the unhappiness of myself in the conversation with my daddy without any time given to my dad to explain it.

After 5 minutes, I texted my uncle and asked him to show the text messages to my parents after received the text message. In the message content, “Dad, I would like to tell you. When the moment I returned home, I want to transfer my line and my mum line personally to another account. Since you are keep on complaining about the charges. I was thinking to transfer your account to Prepaid Rate Plan and after that will have no issue about those charges but bear in mind, I think prepaid will be more suitable to you since your usage for postpaid is only MYR 9.00 to MYR 10.00 but I need to pay MYR 30.00 as your commitment. No bargain because I’m just want to pull myself out of those shit that you made to me and the end of the day I’m the only one who suffering from those shit that you gave me! Thank you.”

Most of the peoples might have the same perceptions of the way that I treated my parents is mean. The only thing to describe would be, I do believe everybody have their own perception and the way to handle their family issue no matter you from the same family or not. For me, I choose not to pull myself out of those shits is to decrease and to avoid the possibilities of making problems.

I’m exhausted to be part of the members in my family since I was 13 years old. Unreasonable, uncomfortable, injustice treatments that I got since my brother started being sarcastic and disavow those problems that he did. This is the reason why, I’m leaving my family since I’m 12 years old until now and I never feel like want to go home.

Another raining Friday and I always love the feeling of the cold surrounding in my office, it fresh even you are stress with your tricky tasks. I love the feeling of being in my office these few days, since Customer Service Satisfaction Group moved into this office and the environment feel better. Last week onwards we are working with our Customer Service Managers in the same environment. Most of the “monsters” in my office just like being transform to “Human being” because finally they know how to behave themselves.

No only the floor became more discipline but the washroom as well. Most of the monsters love filthily the washroom even they will using it for the next time. I just don’t understand what they actually think. Most of the staffs in my company were educated person but part of those peoples they reaction exactly like an uneducated fellow because they don’t even know how to read the signboard of being “Clean” and “Non-smoking Area”.

Although, the signboard was displayed obvious and stated “Keep Clean” clearly but most of them just seen nothing on the board and keep on smoking and filthily the rest room because they never think that, he will be using the same restroom as well for their “Next visit”.

Our cleaner Ms. Sandra was Indonesian and she having day off on weekend but most of the time, this group of peoples would love to dirty the place on weekend so that Ms. Sandra will had a very busy day on Monday and they love to dirt with others who didn’t take care of the cleanliness. “Hey you, don’t left your empty cup just like that it looks messy of your working station.” One of the monsters spoke to my colleague next to me. My colleague was so innocence because she just put the empty cup on her table. So I told the monster, “I said Mr. X. Please mind your words while ordering people to do something, you sounds ruined and so low class. Secondly, please judge yourself before you start judging those innocent. Thirdly, this innocent never said she don’t want to remove this before she left. Somehow, this is not your working station what you so bothering?”

As we known, this Mr. X quite bothering sometime and like to react like senior. He is working in this company about 2 years. Although, he working for this company about 2 years but he still a little normal staffs among all of the freshly because he can’t handle his job well and always misinformation provided to the customers. For common sense, once you know you did something wrong. The only things as we are human being will do is “improvement” but he just ignored those mistakes that he did before. Eventually, he just nobody in this company and he love to react he knows everything and being arrogant when asking for something. No bother because he is just one of my colleagues who working at the same space with me.

I’m late today because of the traffic jam, so I got to stay back for few minutes more. So most of the Malay colleagues will have their Raya Holidays from 19^th September onwards, before they finished their duties they started to greet everyone in the office and wished them “Selamat Hari Raya” (Happy Raya Day) and humbly forgiveness with everyone. I love their tradition to greet everyone and giving forgiveness for the misunderstanding they had done before. I feels warm at the moment when they greeting me and I hope that this tradition not only applied in this Raya day. It’s seems hard.

Office polities always make people around acting sarcastic. As what I think, I will keep myself “clean” and “free” of troubles. That’s my working life. No worries.

Is been a long time I didn’t blog. Most of the time, I’m doing my work and I tried to blog about my daily life. I would like to make it like I’m doing my daily but I just can’t. Usually when I blogging, it would be something happen around me and I would love to mark it down as my own memories and keep it forever.

It’s raining out there and I feel so lazy and sleepy because I got nothing to do in my office. I had done all of my tasks earlier and the only thing I can do is blogging. So I just open up a new page and start blogging as per usual. I had a very relax week actually even it’s only Thursday but I feel my entire week would be relax and staying cool. I met a lot of amazing experience in my office and my friends as well.

Sexuality Issue... So?

As at 16^th September, the day I back from my holidays. One of my colleagues, she came to me and questioning some very personal question about me. I was shocking of her question actually. She is my senior who working in this company about 1 year. She is questioning about my sexuality orientation since I know Man heart so well. “Zach, I am actually wanted to ask you something very personal. I hope you do not mind to tell.” She sounds queer. “Alright, what’s that?” I’m doing my work while replied her question. “I am curious about your sexuality orientation because I will feel like you like to dress up yourself and the most important part. You look like to talk about Man rather than women issue.” She continues.

“Alright. Ms. Catherina S, I think you were thinking too much. I know you love to think something out of the box but you seen too much of movie of . I think there are no rules to restrict man can’t discuss about man. Most of the time, I not the one who started the topic but you did. So is that any questions? If not, I think I should busy with my work for today.” I’m replying her while I’m checking on the mails.

“No… No more question. Some more I’m very free now. Thanks for your time anyway.” Even she sounds like going to leave me alone but she did not. She still standing next to me and see what I’m doing with my computer. “Ms. Catherina. Since you were free, please help me to follow up some cases and kindly arrange a call back to customers to get some information. I will forward part of their cases to you now. Thank you.” I am just pushing some job to her and make her day.

Maybe I’m so mean to her and I didn’t even answering her questions. As what I thinking, I can just resist to answer her questions since it is not related to my work and she shouldn’t bother so much.

At the same day, one of my senior customer service agent felt so upset and she want me to share some ideas regarding to score my quality assurance for every week. I know her records of quality assurance test since I am the one who handle my team performance for Quality Assurance section. I’m listening to her every calls and I found that she need to practice more no matter from her communication skills, self- confidences or even languages.

So Danny and myself, both of us shared our experiences although we still fresh in this company. I am the one who guided her communication skills, self-confidence and some positive and professional terms in order for her to be ready on air.

I admitted I’m not the perfect one among all of my senior customer service agents. I had zero customer service experiences before I joined this company. During the training sections, I love to ask my trainer about the experience of customer service and she loves to share with us about the experience when she still working as a customer service and attending kinds of customers in Nokia. So this is the reason why, I keep on learning and improving myself no matter from any channel like network, dealers, vendors and those tricky issues.

As at 17^th September, it’s raining out there and I’m feeling cold in my office but I feel comfortable with such temperature in my office. This is the first time that I feeling good with staying in my office because of the cold environment.

Dinner time, one of my colleagues give me 2 vouchers for Wendy free meal. So I just packed 1 combo large set for Wendy Spicy Sensation Chicken burger for myself. Is been a long time I didn’t go for fast food for my dinner but I got no choice today because it’s raining out there. I just get down from my office building and Wendy’s only beside my office which under the same building.

Once I get back from Wendy’s with my dinner meal. Daniel was telling me, “Zach, something happen about our company. Read this news.” I am not surprise by the news actually. It’s actually DOCOMO and KT was sold the shares back to our company and yesterday 2 new companies joining us and known as UTV. New management team will be taking part in our company start from this week.

As a normal little staff, what I concern is all about my salary. If they able to pay me on time, they was the great management ever! Nothing much.

Another Monday

Today is a very good starting point for my entire week. It’s Monday… Monday always makes me feel excited about my work and my entire plan for this week. This Monday I feel a little bit different compare to my previous one, because I just had my hair cut yesterday. I hope that the moment when I stepped into my office… I will not going to scare my colleagues on floor.

I’m working around 12noon today and I got into my office around 11.45am and everyone get stuck when I stepped into my office quietly… even I came in quietly but they still aware of my attendance and started to call my name, “Zach! You’re here finally.” Each of them almost repeating the same sentences when I passed by their work stations.

One of my best friends named Sarah who sitting next to me, she greet me with her beautiful smile ever. “Zach, how are you doing recently? It’s hard to see you on the floor during this kind of working hour actually.” “Yup, I’m doing fine here and I know kind of weird and unusual when you meet me during these hours. I am responsible for 12noon to 9pm shift for only today. What time you working today?” I replied her after I had taken documents that placed on my task assigned box. “Ha-ha, I will finish my duty soon until 3.30pm today.” She felt happy while mentioning about her shift hours during Ramadan Fasting Month.

Sarah, a Malay’ staff who working in my company about 7 months as Customer Service. Sometime she looks fresh to me and thinking merely person. She is kind of friend who really caring, friendly and nice to chat with. Previously when the moment we working for the same working hours we do chatting a lot with each other like sharing some experiences and we do exchange some knowledge. She is kind of person who really passionate to learn Chinese language and English language girl and she will for her Degree course soon.

I have nothing much to do in the office because most of the tasks that I had assigned to my others department still awaiting for the feedback from them. So I just need to ask them back, “I would like to know is that any update regarding the case as I mentioned?” The only answer that I got as their feedback to my email is always “Investigation in progress.” No bother for that.

Time goes by like a bullet train and it is time for my meal break for today. Felicia dated me for a meal, so we decided walking to Pavilion for lunch. We went to a Hong Kong style restaurant for our lunch and she told me that, this is the first time she visit this restaurant.

Felicia always living in simple life and everything she got just simple. She is 24 years old who staying with her sister in town and she just attached for 2 years back with her boyfriend. The moment when we having lunch in Wong Kok Restaurant, she did asked me a lot about couple relationship problems. “Zach, I would like to know about what kind of reaction that guy did?” She started to question me. I am paused for few minutes and replied her, “Err, what you actually mean? Are you questioning about your boyfriend?” I tried to figure out the point from her question. “Yes, I am. I can’t bear the moment he actually staring at those girls even to those pretty girl’ pictures and keep on praising them in front of me.” Her feedback sounds frustrated.

“Well, Felicia. As you know, every man is jerk. Sometimes, if you stopped them to do the things that they really habits to it. They will betray you someday. So if your boyfriend praising those pretty girls in front of you. You can agree with him if those girls really pretty enough but somehow you got to confess to him about your feeling when the moment he praised those girls if you really uncomfortable with it.” I suggested. “Zach, I would like to know. How to maintain for long-term relationship actually? I just felt like I failed to do it when I know he is stressed there and I can’t do anything for him.” She continued next question.

“Alright, I do believe every one of us have our own relationship handling mode. For me, I will choose to do something that we able to do for our love. When he/she feel stress, you can even give your lover a kiss, a hug with a glass of water. If he or she feeling stress. Although it is simple action, your lover will feel you if you both of you really love each other.” I just shared about my own experiences to be in love with Felicia while having meal.

I really miss my bb while talking about that topic with Felicia, I would love returned to my house and take a look of my lover. M just feeling sick today and the moment I got know M got headache and stomach-ache, I just worrying about M’ illness will getting worse so I left some medicines and placed it in my room. As I know M won’t drink water while got sick but I still remind M about that.

After meal break, we went back to our office and started to get busy in our email tasks. After a while, Steven came to work with his new Taiwan hair style, we was shocking because he just look so adorable with his new hair cut. The moment he putting his bag to the next table of my working station, I start to praise him “Wow, what a successful make over man!” He felt quite shy when I praising him and he started to talk about the process of doing that hair cut.

It’s 9pm and it is the time for me to go home. I walked to Bukit Bintang Monorail Station and get the monorail to Hang Tuah Station and I had been waiting for the monorail in Bukit Bintang about 15 minutes. In the monorail, it was freaking pack and one of the smelly outsiders standing in front of me. She was wearing a mask and her smell seriously stinky enough. I am begging for the arrival of my destination and leave this hell packing space immediately since I still able to breathe.

After I left the Monorail station and I got to change for railway Ampang line from Hang Tuah station. I met a red shirt Malay muscular who sitting in front of me once I got into the train, he actually staring at me once I get into the train which heading to Ampang station. He really scary me because his expression looks like going to melt me or engulf me with his horny express. Eww…! Luckily he got down from the train few stations before my station. If he didn’t, I think I will slap his face.

Finally, I got home after I had dinner with M and Alfred. I had a very wonderful Monday, a great starting for my entire week. Hopefully… Nothing would be happen for this entire week.

Sultry Day

It’s hot out there, so when I reached my office I was expected the air-conditional should be function well since it’s hot out there. So I reached my office around 4.50 in the afternoon, once I stepped into my office lobby… I was absolutely getting crazy because it was so sultry and hot like hell!

“Hey, I want to know is that the air-conditional at this area out of order? Why no one switch it on? Aren’t you guys feeling hot and sultry?” I am questioning one of my junior colleagues who seat next to me. “Nothing is wrong with the air-conditional. Anyway you can switch it on if you wished.” She answered me immediately. She staring at me and continue her speak after a while, “Don’t you realized that someone saying is cold here?” “I don’t care what is the grandmother story that person going to tell me and I insisted this air-conditional to be switched on right now and then! If he/she feeling cold, he/she should be common sense a little…” I am kind of frustrated and ordering my junior colleague to let the air-conditional in order.

After 30 minutes, one of the colleagues standing and question of my junior colleague, “Who ordered this air-conditional to be switch on? I am feeling cold here.” She is questioning my junior colleague impatiently. When I heard she is questioning my junior colleague so I just proceed to her and told her, “Hey, it’s me. So what is that regarding? You can tell me directly.” “I’m feeling cold here. Can you switch off the air-conditional?” She just ordered me to switch off the air-conditional as what she expected I will going to do for her. “No way, since you feeling cold here. Why don’t you put on your jacket? It’s because of you are the only person who feeling cold here and you want everybody suffering around because of you? Since you are senior agent, we are expecting you are not working for this company for a month. Don’t you know that if you feeling cold here? You got to put on a jacket but not sleeveless shirt. You don’t even know how to understand others people feelings, you can’t expect people treated you the same thing.” I’m pissed off.

“Zach, your attitude right?” She said. Attitude is our office term means behave our attitude if we did something wrong. “It’s your attitude. Don’t act like a morbid here, senior. I will not switch off this air-conditional for sure. If you are feeling cold, I got 2 solutions for you. Either you leave or put on your jacket. End of the story.” I said.

I just don’t understand why some of the senior here, they really act like so weak but they were fat and I do believe they have more meat to protect themselves. For common sense, if you are feeling cold why don’t you put on more shirts in order to warm yourselves somehow most of them wearing shorts or sleeveless.

End of the day, the air-conditional was function very well until the time we left. The next day, if I meet this kind of situation once I stepped into my office. I will not going to inform them but I will move to the controller and switch on the air-conditional as what I want. I admitted I’m not that easy going person while I’m in the office. Some of them said I’m so mean to them but I would highlight this issue, you are not the only person who working in this office. Kindly consider about other’s feeling and do remember to bring on your jacket if you are feeling cold but not sleeveless shirts.

“Dear colleagues, kindly remember this space not only yourself using it. Do consider about those persons who fighting with you in this reality world. I would love to highlight this issue to all of the beloved colleagues who love to wear sleeveless and keep on complaining about cold environment. As reminder, please bring on your jacket to cover your cold body. Thank you and think about it. Be common sense a little.”

I am playing the snooker game but I’m still on duty. Some of them might be saying I’m lazy and playful but I am free now because nothing to do in my office after I had done the solution for every single cases. I just switch on my MP3 and listening to Sam Lee song name “Approaching”. He is missing a relationship that he really cherishes the most.

While listening to this song, I was thinking back to this afternoon. I am chatting with one of my dearest friends through MSN, his name Mr. N… He told me that he get back to his the previous relationship that he really can’t let go and he just can’t give up because he really love and miss the person named K. Well, I admitted that I am mean to K actually and I trying to pull N back from K because I know N will get very bad hurt afterwards.

For the moment when he told me, “Z, I am getting back with K and he just put the tantrum on me because of jealousy.” N said. I was wondering about K, since K decided to left N from life. Is K considering about how was N feeling? The answer is obviously “No.” That why K still jealousy while K found something about N and K resisted caring about N feelings.

I do admit everybody who in love is jerk because there are always shown love is color blind. When someone fall in love, he or she will never forget about how sweet they are when they are in love even he or she broken up with their lover. When N told me about he get back to the relationship, I do understand about how he feels like.

Even K betray N previously but this unable to take the feeling of love from N. I am worries about him actually because the fact is always cruel to every one of us. I’m not sure how much K loves N because K’ feelings just so changeable. K still listed in my quarantine list like what H1N1 patience does because I didn’t feel K really love N when I heard what N told me. I just can’t do anything to N because this is beyond my control, the only thing I can do for N would be bless him and greet him found his true love and release from suffering at the end of the day.

Love is unpredictable. It could be gone anytime and existed around you anytime, anywhere without expectation. Just like how I’m going to meet M previously. We get to know each other from a very popular networking since year 2008 but not really chatting with each other after approved friend request.

I do cherish of what I had now because I believe M is my fate even fate can’t stand for realistic but unless we had this kind of fate because and we really put effort on this relationship and manage it well. We just argued this afternoon because of miscommunication between us. I am actually waiting for M in the living room while chatting with Dear Willy, Dee Dee Roy and LUN. I am putting on webcam with Lun while waiting M preparing in the bedroom but I don’t know M actually waiting me to get in to my bedroom.

So no bother and I just continuing chatting with Dear Willy, Lun and Dee Dee Roy in MSN. After a while, M came out from the room and said,” I think I should left first, since you still busying around with your friends.” M quickly move to the main door and get out from the house without giving me time to explain myself. After that when I questioning M, “Why you mad?” “I am waiting for you in the room and you are busying chatting with your friends there.” He replied. “I am waiting out there too. Don’t you realize it? Why should I get into my room again since I’m prepared and all of my work belonging was already in the living room. Why you want to mad because of that?” I am putting out my tantrum at that point. Finally I am the one who get him back because I can’t just don’t talk to M… because M is important to me….

True love is hard to find… It was precious one because it can motivate me and push me to work harder just for love. So when N told me about what he just got back to K, I did put myself into his shoes and consider about his feelings too. If one day, when M decided to leave me, I will always remember the moment being with M even M treated me badly someday. It is because of Jesus just delicate and brings M to my life. No matter it with time frame or without. I will still choose the way that I’m satisfied with because I’m a jerk too.

Amusing Day

It’s is 1.02am now but I’m still hanging around in my office. I received a lot of funny cases today such as irrelevant requested. One of the clients called in requested our team to remove his profile and information from our customer care portal. I was scratching my head and I am wondering, why he want to do that? It is weird actually because with those information provided on the database couldn’t do any fraud.

Secondly, he actually requested deactivated the 3G service and only activated 2G services for his network but he is using 3G mobile. I am thinking about the request that he made. Since he is not interested in 3G services why don’t just switch it to 2G channel in his mobile? What a joke… I had done my best part to guide him based on the request that he made but he insisted to communicate with my person in charge. So what to do, I just pass the case to my superior as he requested.

After that, I just proceed to my superior after she ended up the call. She just asked me to escalate the case to relevant department for further assistance. So I just follow the instruction that been given by my superior.

The second amusing customer that I got for the day is actually regarding to the H1N1 news. I was fainted while receiving this kind of cases. He is enquiries about the news for H1N1 in Malaysia. After 15 minutes he kept on questioning me the reason why this services unavailable and I kept on repeating my explanation to customer but seems he had least understanding about what I should reached him. So I replied the customer, “Sir, as a Telecommunication company, we are taking care of the network problems. We didn’t taking care of the health information. Kindly contact Health Ministry care-line for more enquiries. Thank you.”

After I ended up the conversation with the customer, one of my colleagues was laughing at me for my explanation. I feel exhausted with repeating the explanation which more than 3 times. So I just take a short break and went out from my office for fresh air.

I had a very amusing day because of these kinds of customers who really drives us crazy but the most amusing client that we ever got would be the Bangladesh customer. He actually enquiries about he unable to make outbound call today, so we had check the network and the account. Nothing to do with the account, so i just questioning about the customer about the error message that displayed on the screen. He just paused a while and said, “Sorry nothing is displayed.” So we just questioning about the signal strength and he replied, “Nothing is displayed on my screen.”

After a while, I am suspecting his mobile was out of battery, so I guide my colleague to ask him again, “Sir, can you see network name displayed on your screen? Or it is just blank?” He checking his phone again and said, “Yup, nothing displayed on the screen even the shortcut and everything.” So we asked him again, “Sir, have your charge your phone?” He asked me back, “May I know how to charge the phone?” I am fainted that time and guided him step by step.

Finally, it’s my time to be home. After I had done my duty and I just left my office. It was the amusing day that I ever had in my life. I hope that this day will be never end because it helps me to reduce my stress level.

Hurt

I admitted I can’t master my English language well. I had very bad writing skill and I tried to get solution to improve my writing skill and all the mistakes that I did. One of the readers just sent me a mail in via face book this morning. He comments on my blog-spot and raise all the mistakes that I had done. I appreciated the correction that he made in the mail but he just added some sentences at the end of the message and makes me feel absolutely sick of it. In the message, he said he can’t believe that I’m using English language in my post and it was hurting his eyes while reading it.

I felt frustrated after reading his message. Those sentences were hurting me and make me feel shame because of my weak writing skills. I do remembered how Kevin cheers me when we chatting through MSN and awake me with a normal sentence “This is your blog, it could be whatever things that you want it to be. Don’t give up!” It is short and simple but it really cheers me up from sadness. So I decided to surf through Wikipedia while I’m having free time in my office. I learnt some new words and I tried to apply it to my work so that I can remember it easily.

After that, I just removed some of the unknown contact in my face-book and some non-sense fellows in my MSN contact list today. The reason that I removed their contact not because of their looks, somehow they like to tease me even I notified them I feel sick with that kind of conversation.

Some of them love to chat on those nonsense topics especially “SEX” and tried flirting me while chatting on MSN or maybe Face-book even. I admitted I’m a jerk that likes to act like a flirtatious while chatting with others but I would only do that to my 4 close friends who really close with me. When those “Flirtatious” started to ask for dating or personal contact I will reject them and said “Thank you for interested in me but I don’t think I want to disclose my personal contact to you because I’m not available and I’m not interested to meet anyone of you.”

Maybe I am that mean for them, but this is what I must do to them because I know I had someone in my heart and I will always cherish this relationship even I felt stressed sometimes when be with my love.

So, I would like to shout out loud! “Hey jerk! Get off from my life. I won’t be interested in any further connection within u and me, stop talking those irrelevant topics for the friendship that we suppose to have. Understood?” Wow, sounds mean. Yes, I am… ~

I did admit my blogging is not what it should be. I follow a lot of Blogs where something gets written almost everyday and here I am barely making it once a week or maybe three days once.

However, I do have a good excuse. I got a lot of work to do even I’m off duty on that moment. I was started busying with a freak Monday night all with my documentary method that I needed to deal with. Nothing that I can blame on, this is what my life should be. My colleagues did calling me as a workaholic because I did handle my job with full of passionate and I did work with a lot of hardship every single day.

I did working from day to night nowadays, some of my friends were thinking I’m shortage of finance supporting, but they are not exactly get the idea of it. Nowadays, Zach is only a normal guy but he had a very pack schedule from day to day. I got to study, working and listening to my doctor advised … Rest more.

As what I experienced before I facing some problem whereby my mother will totally get crazy if it really happen in the future. I had some symptoms about the problems but I tried to change my bad habit from step to step. What I had done is for my own good and for the persons that I care and someone that really important to me in my life.

Few days ago, bb was thinking about what will go to do after bb was gone someday. I saw bb moody face when was thinking about this. So I just avoid from the conversation about this topic and I tried to change another topic by tickle bb but I failed. Bb was questioning me about this method as well… but I answering bb in other way out. I was wondering, this question shouldn’t popping out from bb mind but me.

I had asking myself about the moment when I was gone… but I told myself, “Zach, you will be here forever.” I do cherish on the moment that I mess with my friends, my family and my bb as well. That why I choose to be at home rather than hanging out there even it was bored to me but it’s worthy. I am doing it for someone that I love.

Maybe I am kind of tough guy and not really easy to mess with. So I think I should re-introduce myself to each of friends. I’m 21 years old, a Libra guy who working as customer service in a telecommunication company. In addition, I’m kind of person who makes people around like to abandon me at sideway in order to reduce their vexing matters.

I am a bad temper guy with limited condone level. I hope for everything perfect in my life but it was impossible. So I learnt to be least expectation in my life because of the frustrated feeling still stick with my memories. As in my career, I am joining with full of my passionate in to the position that I standing right now but day by day, this position makes me feel tried and starting to be more and more hot temper and demanding.

I used to keep in touch with customer service in any services provider especially Public transport service provider. First customer service centre that I complaint about the bad services that I ever had - Sunlight Cab Services because they hang up my phone while I’m ordering a cab. 2^nd complaint that I made is actually regarding to the Sunlight Cab agent in the call centre who shouting at me because I want to book a cab from my office to my house but she refuse to take the book and scolding me why I want to book at 1.45am if I need to cab to be there at 2.10am. So I had refused to order their services and I called up Public Cab nowadays, and they really provide the quality services and served customer in manner.

2^nd Customer service centre that I used to call is DIGI service centre. I made complaint to them because of one of the agent without misinformation regarding to the minimum payment that I need to pay for my account which is up to which date. He failed that, so I just sent a complaint letter to “greet” them again.

3^rd Customer service centre is from CIMB Bank. As banking line, I think I’m category as the most “irate” customer in the list. My dad was attracted by their good offer for the housing loan and they promised they will call back 4 days after. After 5 days, we didn’t get any feedback from them and I decided to call up and enquiries about the status. “Mr. Zach, we didn’t receive any application form which under your father’s name.” the assistance said. “We just submitted the application form attached with supporting documents and your colleague who named Cory said you guys will give me a call back yesterday but now you said no application found.” I was mad. Lastly, my daddy walked in to the CIMB bank for re-submit the application form.

Now I’m working as customer service in a telecommunication company. As what I got now is I got a lot of irate customer and demanding customer with my cases list now. Is that a punishment? Maybe yes. So I decided to handle them by how I wanted to treat myself for the solution.

After that, it was my meal break for today. BB texted me and said bb was still around in my office and asked me for a dinner. So I just walked to Pavilion to meet my bb at 8.40pm. I was telling myself, “Zach, please keep all your bad mood faces in your mind and just left it in your office because you had promised bb don’t put the anger on the time meeting with bb.” Finally, I failed bb.

So I just let myself to be calm down when I walked back to my office with ice-cream. Ice-cream might make my anger disappear effectively but this time, its’ failed to do so. I text my bb with conceited content in the message, “I know I’m not good enough to you with low EQ. Maybe you are right and I should blame everything to myself.”

When I got into my office, everyone was like staring at me because my face was totally moody. “Zach, what’s happen to you? Why your face looks bad now?” I was staring at them and requested them to stay away from my grill. One of my colleagues was making fun at me, he purposely take my drink and play with it. “Excuse me, don’t you heard what I just said. Please stay away from me. Are you been invited to my Barbeque section? Why you are up on my grill?” He was shocking by my scary eyes and stay away from me.

Listening to the songs name “Piano”, I was thinking about my bb, bb still hasn’t got home yet. So I texted bb again, “B, where are you?” After a while, I got replied “We are on the way back now.” I feel so sorry to bb actually because I really can’t control my anger and putting up my moody face while having dinner, I do want to apologize to bb so I decided to send a text message to apologize.

After I had finished my work and get back to my house. I was hungry because I didn’t have my dinner just now. So I just settle down myself in to sleeping mode, I walked in to the kitchen and start looking for some food. Bb was walked into the kitchen and take out the cake bought from “Chocolate Lounge” in Pavilion. For this moment, bb makes me guiltier for what I had done.

Bb treated me cool tonight. I know bb was mad at me and this is the punishment that I got from what I had done to bb. So I just kept quiet and prepared myself to bed. Maybe bb just not realize unyielding treatment unable to lower down my anger but it would make it worst. This is my personal attitude as well… Maybe I’m not qualified to be love…

Working Sunday

A date message sent in to my mobile, it shown “Hey, Zach. Are you free today? Let’s hang out.” I actually received the message from one of my closed friend who didn’t meet up for few years and he suddenly dated me for a lunch, he just surprising me. So I just get a phone call to him, “Hey, Calvin. How you been? Is been a long time last chat with you.” He sounds surprise and said, “Wow, you are surprising me Zach. Is been a long time I didn’t heard from you and I’m doing fine. Free today? Let’s go for movie together.” I would love to meet up with him who came from the same hometown and studies in the same school which located in Kuantan Town. Unfortunately, I got to work today so I just rejected his invitation.

Is been a long time I didn’t having day off for my weekend, it seems all of my friends was started to complaint me about this issue. What to do? This is my working hours for services line especially telecommunication industry. So I can’t do any adjustment on my schedule but I can change job. Don’t kidding with it.

It’s 32^nd weekend that I spend my wonderful weekend with my work. My mum was started asking me to resign for my current position and asked me going back to my hometown to stay with her. I was like “Mum, why? I just want to stay alone here to be independent. I can’t go back your side there and be your mummy boy.” I begging at my mum and said. My health problem is her concern since she found out something about me from my body check report.

I am guilty while my mum also begging at me and asked me to quite from my current post. So I just surf through the Job Street and looking for the new job with normal office hours. Finally I got 2 jobs that I really interested and I had sent the application attached with my resume finally. One of my colleague was asking me today, “Zach, how long that you been in U-Mobile?” I just ignored his question because that’s not important for his acknowledgement.

Honestly, I do admit that I’m not the greatest representative comparing to those senior and junior representatives but I’m the only junior representative had speed improvement in my performance as what my superiors said and I looks like I love what I am doing now. For them I’m kind of enthusiastic and responsible person. I was wondering about what they think, “Am I? I don’t think so. I just do what I am supposed to do.” Stop talking big here.

My dear Willy was curious about why I’m working for so hard since I’m 21 years old without any commitment. I am working for so hard because I want to gain more experiences in order for me to earn more money in the future. I still remember what I wished for my future. It seems hard to be done but I still want to try because without trying I won’t know what would be the end of the day.

It is 1.26 in the midnight now and I still sitting in my office and doing my work. I had promised my mum to take good care of myself. So mum, don’t worry about Zach. My BB will take care of me too. Love you.

I am tired .... Give me some rest please...

I am extremely disappointed with what I got in this Customer Service department today. One of my leaders was drive me crazy but this time I decided to cool down myself and treat him nicely since this is his first job with 1 and 7 months experiences. He just did some changing about the meal break for his gang and he just notified me after he does changing for that particular of person.

“Hey Bro, your new meal break around 10.00pm is that fine with you?” He is asking me.

“If my answer is I rejected your offer? What would it be?” I’m questioning him.

“Are you hungry?” He skipped my question.

“Even through I’m not hungry. You are leader and you already changed the schedule and what you are doing now. You are just proceed to me and notified me. That’s all about the story.” I’m answering him in temple.

He just kept quiet and I continue with my conference for the topic.

“For your information, any adjustment regarding to the planned schedule, Party A have to notify Party B to get the agreement in between of the swapping. If both parties agree of it, it only can be done with send email to the leaders on duty.” I spoke to him nicely and sarcastically to show my respectful. He still kept quiet.

“That fellow who what to do the meal break changing with me to actually never asking for my permission. Is that fair enough to me? I don’t think so. Now you already changed my meal break from 8.30pm to 10.00pm and only asked for my permission. What do you think I can do about this issue?” I continue my words.

After few minutes, he calls me and asked me to check on the new meal break time was updated. It actually do little adjustment whereby from 10.00pm to 9.30pm. I was wondering about the differences between 10.00pm and 9.30pm apart from it adjusted 30 minutes earlier. So I just frustrated and stop arguing with this topic.

After came back from meal break, I had sent an email to Shaidan and I was questioning Shaidan for changing of department around 11.00pm. I am requested internal transferring from Customer Service Department to Finance Department as Asset Management and Account Executive today. He is quite surprising for the questions and asked me for interview.

In the meeting room, he questioning me about my issue and he would like to know the reason why I requested for changing department. I told him about the changing of schedule and it was not happening once but this is second times and I am tiring with it. I confess to him and said, “Shaidan, I am not really happy with what I’m doing now. I don’t think I have the authority here and sometime some of the superior doing their job based on their emotion and mood for the day. Just like what I faced just now. I don’t think Chinese have the authority here.”

After the conversation between us, Shaidan decided to give a chance to try for the transferring department by posting me an opening for the Finance Department and asked to send to the resume to the person in charge. Shaidan was a very responsible leaders among all the leaders on floor. Mira was the second leader that I really appreciated her assistance. She is the one who helps me to improve my performance by guiding me how to handle those cases when I facing difficulties. She did well to lead our team to the best of the teams in Customer Service Department.

Useless Schedule

My 31^st weekend was gone like this. I am sitting right in front of my work station staring at the screen to check on my schedule for coming weeks. I am having day off on Monday and Tuesday as well. Well, firstly I feel quite happy as well because I am having 2 days off in once. It makes me headache while I am thinking of how to spend my weekdays’ day off tomorrow.

The schedule was out one day before which is on 8^th August 2009 and most of us was mad actually because of we always get the schedule late and we can’t even arrange and planed for the schedule what we going to do the next. Most of us feel like want to slap the senior executive face and bang her face to the wall. “I agree.” One of the leaders on floor agreed with it. “Woo! You have the same feeling as well.” I said. “Yah, the schedule always mess up with my planning… sometime I can’t even plan for the following week if the schedule always late.” The leader told me with his / her “fire”.

I was thinking why the Senior Executive always comes out the schedule by last minute job, I trying to put myself into her shoe. Well, her position is managing the floor issue, approve claims, arrange monthly schedule, approve leaves, almost all the administration jobs she will handle it. By the way, I don’t think schedule always trouble her in anyway. I used to be the scheduler for Valentino Creation counter and retail shops workers more than 50 peoples schedule for my previous jobs as sales consultant and administrative. I am wondering, contact centre staff included team leaders not even more than 50 staffs nowadays, most of the senior staffs had been transferred to Credit and Collection department. So what’s the issue that regarding to the difficulty of arranging the schedule? It only copy and paste job then do some matching with the previous schedule will do.

Most the staffs in Customer Service Centre was full-time workers, more than 20% among of 50 staffs was doing part-timer courses (Included myself). For those who is doing part-timer courses with at least 2 months on floor experiences, it much easier for her actually to arrange the duty time for them. Majority of the part-timer course was conducted after 6 evening but she never make it simple but she purposely arrange their schedule on the time which crashed on the studies schedule, one of my colleague was experiences it before, she reported to my Senior Executive about she facing difficulty with morning shift and requested for the shift which after 10am.

Firstly, she take noted on that issue whereby reported 2 weeks before end of the month by the time being the schedule is not yet ready. End of the month, while my colleague looking at the schedule, she getting crazy because she got 2 weeks schedule with 7.30am to 4.30pm shift.

I admitted she arrange my schedule pretty well, my schedule which meet my morning class the respective day would be day off or working at 5pm. I please her do not drive me crazy someday. She does receive my complaint letter previously. I do remember I sent her complaint letter and one copy to Customer Service General Manager regarding to the floor issue. “Escalation” would be one of the games that I always play within department, division and level of managerial to reduce my boring working time.

Last by not least, what I’m going to do for my day off? It could be staying at home and chit chatting around with my friends…. Haiz…

31st Weekend

It is 31^st Weekend that I got to spend my weekend in my office with my colleague. I came back from lunch with my bb and my housemates in Pavilion and it actually I met someone in the restaurant just now. He appear in public with outstanding outfit while we having lunch in that particular restaurant. I felt nauseating while met him around there. He actually wearing black clothes with sharp color’ short and having lunch right in front of our table. I was thinking “Gosh! What the hack with this guy who wearing such unsuitable outfit and appear at public.” I felt sick so I just ordered toast for my lunch.

I do admitted that, I’m not really expert and not really confident about Fashion that why I’m getting some fashion magazine and learning about fashion and how I going to wear. So many some of the person thinking that, I’m not qualified enough to judge on what people wearing. As what I know, for our society had framing the limitation of style. Sometime when people wear it differently and become more outstanding among the public but I am thinking of outstanding doesn’t mean fashionable.

Fashion refers to the styles and customs prevalent at a given time. Many fashions are popular in many cultures at any given time. Important is the idea that the course of design and fashion will change more rapidly than the culture as a whole. However, people around always misperception regarding to the meaning. Just whatever…

I am starting my duty at 5pm. I stepped in to my office around 4.50pm and I settled down myself to get ready for my duty. Once I had open up my mail box there had a lot of mails without feedback follow up cases. I am actually mad on it because I had promised my customer to actually arrange a call back by today but once I saw everything with status “In progress”… I’m going crazy afterwards and start to scold people who actually responsible to give the approval to proceed further action.

The moment when my face turned into fierce look, one of my colleagues who closed to me and poke me. “Zach, your face looks terrible when you are angry now.” She said. “Please I don’t want to scold you darling, just one step backward from me. If not I will hurt you badly.” I told her with lower my tone. “I know you are mad now, I really have to confess to you Zach.” She acted like frank enough in front of me. “Ok, please. You got 2 minutes.” I’m calm. “Zach, do you realized that while you are mad… You got wrinkles on your forehead… You need some treatment for it.” She told me candid and straightforward. “Gosh!!! What the hell you say it out loud… Shut up!” After I heard it I telling myself not to be angry and I put myself on unscheduled break and left my work station to rest room immediately. The part as she mentioned was inherent, it is not my fault.

After I get back to my work station, I heard a lot of gossip around my working area. They are started talking about the schedule after 9^th August 2009. It 8^th August 2009 today and the schedule suppose to be out yesterday or today morning but once I had click on the schedule side. There is no updated found in the folder. What the…! One of my colleagues was proceed to our leader on duty – Shaidan and questioning about the schedule. Lolz.

As I guess, Shaidan will answer him in this way, “The schedule is arranged by Senior Executive and I can’t do anything about it.” Absolutely. Team leader was not responsible for the schedule and the administration jobs regarding to the contact centre is arrange by senior executive.

Time for meal break finally, I going to Pavilion again with 2 of my Chinese colleague – Nathan and Daniel for dinner. 9.30pm, we was looking for Chinese restaurant around the office but failed that why we decided go Pavilion again for dinner.

Ministry of Food which located at Lower Ground Floor, this is the place that we usually went for dinner once we got no choice. I am the one who looking at them to have those delicious foods because I feel pain with my cut in my mouth. How pity me… So I just bought some breads from Lavender which much easier for me to bite instead of having rice. When I proceed to Lavender counter and I actually looking at the cake display cabinet unit, I saw one slide of Strawberry cake and chocolate cake. I was thinking to get one Strawberry cake for my bb because bb was actually thinking of strawberry yesterday.

Once I get back from dinner, I was open up the box with Strawberry cake. The shape was vague… quite disappointed while looking at the cake because I want to give a surprise for my bb tonight when I returned home from my office but I think it seems hard to be done.

Bad Day

7^th of August, I would never forget today. It was the more unlucky day for me because of my toothache. I am reached home after back from work around 3 in the midnight, I settled down myself as usual patterns in my room and start surf through the net, replying mails and chatting with few of my close friends who staying in foreign country.

Insomnia night for me because I’m having toothache problem caused me unable to get to sleep. So I decided walk in to visit a dentist which recommended by those blogger. The clinic named White Perfect and it was located in Cheras, Taman Connaught. It’s 5 in the afternoon, I just walked in to the clinic and the place is absolutely attracted me because of the environment was great and modern.

One of the male assistant proceeds to me and registered me as patient in their list. I am shaking actually because I’m afraid of those dentists after I watched the horror movie named “Dentist”… I was thinking back of the scenes while those patients walked in to the dentist clinic and asked for treatment. He actually killing his patients with surgery and draw all the teeth from those people who walked in to the clinic. It was so disgusting…

The dentist was a female actually and she called my name and get into the treatment room, I’m shaking and pray to the god while I’m get closer to the treatment entrance. “God, please bless me. I’m scary right now. What would happen if I stepped in to that treatment room? Will I still alive after this?” I’m scary. The process is terrible and bloody.

After I came back from the clinic, bb was order me to get some rest before we went for Sakae Sushi for dinner. While lying down on my bed and I felt the painful of the cut was awake me from my bed. I had tried but still unable to get some nap. So I just wake up and start to surf through the net. The moment when I take out the cotton from my mouth, it was full of blood. Ewe… Disgusting…!

8pm, all of us are prepared and ready for dinner in Sakae Sushi in KLCC. My bb was complaining them by sending the complaint letter and the person in charge for the branch was called bb and inviting us for walk in to the KLCC branch again with MYR 50.00 voucher. Ha-ha. I am not really able to eat fast like what I did before that because of the cut. I had ordered Curry Chicken rice for myself that was my favor…

After dinner, we are going to TESCO to get some stuff and finally I got home at 12.00am…. My cut still bleeding…

"Ex - loved"

My ex-girlfriend was calling me this afternoon around 6 evening. I remember 26^th of July is actually her birthday and I forget to greet her on that day. So I just sent my birthday greeting to her. “Happy Belated Birthday” once popped out from her mobile, she actually felt happy because I still remember her birthday.

She is kind of cute girl to me and she likes to cry. Crying is actually her habit no matter happy or sad even or crying for no reason. I still remember that day, I asked her “B, why you crying?” “Dear, I don’t know why I will cry but I just feel I want to cry.” She answered me with her moody voice. I’m worrying about her at that point I was wondering whether who bully her in college or she faced some stress on her studies.

I met her in volley ball court. I am the assistance couch for her training session. She just looked like an angel to me and I felt shy actually while she smiling at me. I can’t imagine that the moment that I met her in the volleyball court.

When we having short break in the canteen, I proceed to her and start our very first conversation. “Hi, what’s your name? What course you are in?” I’m shy. I still remember the first sentence she told me, “Why I need to tell you that? You introduce yourself first.” It was quite memorable conversation between me and her. After a while, we had exchange contact number with each other and start texting her on that night when having dinner with my house-mates.

In my life, there was only 2 female cooking for me when I was sick. The first one will be my mummy. She is the second one, who cooked Ginseng tea for me. It is kind of sweetest memories while I’m recalling back now. I still remember that day when she passed me that bottle of tea by asking me to visit her in her house and passed me the Ginseng Tea. Every moment to be with her is full of joy and sweet memories.

We actually been together for 2 months and split up because of misunderstanding. I still remember the moment I requested for breaking up. She was crying over there and I felt want to hug her but I still need to let her go because I found that we are just not suitable to be couple. I admitted previously I loved her so much but the end of the day. We forced to break up since I found the problem between us couldn’t be resolved.

Anyway, I just wished her would be good and get her Mr. Right in the future and be strong. Don’t cry like a baby again it will scared and freaking out someone who loves you and wish to protect you at the moment.

Port Dickson Trip

I’m driving back from Port Dickson around 2 in the afternoon after having lunch with all of the team members in Malay’s restaurant. It wasn’t good enough for this 2 days trip actually. As I had method earlier I don’t feel excited at all against this 2 days trip because I felt something wrong with it.

We been there for the very first day, I met Miera and Ayshah at Ampang LRT station at 11.45am on 27^th July 2009. I am wondering whether we can make everything to be on time or not. Once we met the person in charge who rented the car for 2 days trip, we have to follow him going back to his office to do some standard procedure which is sign off all the documents and provided some supporting documents to actually proved myself.

Once I stepped into the office to get all the procedure done, the Malay staff proceeds to me and asked “are you driving with P license now?” (P/S: P license means pass driver for those new drivers) “Yes, I’m not. I had been driving for couple years. What’s wrong?” I am curious and asked. “Luckily, you are not new driver. If you do, I will reject your request now.” The Malay staff answered me. “Isn’t P license was a Malaysia Government certified license? Is that important for you to actually rent the car for me? If yes, why don’t you asking when we called you up and enquiries on it?” I’m absolutely mad. “Yes, I don’t mean it sorry.” She did apologize to me. “You should show some respectful to your customer because they do pay for you. If you failed to do that, please shut this office down because it will going to waste this earth sources.” I told her.

After signed all the documents, we left Kuala Lumpur around 12.15pm and heading to Sungai Besi Toll to meet another 5 members right there and go Port Dickson together. We had arrived Port Dickson around 2.30 in the afternoon, it was raining at the time. I was thinking about the outdoor activities forced to be cancelled. Afterwards, I started to think about the indoor games actually. I come out with a lot of ideas to get them into crazy day but everything has gone after I get into the apartment named Seri Bulan…

“Gosh! Look at this place… It’s hunting enough and smell like a death fish.” I am disappointed. “Hey, Zach. It’s only RM 150.00 with 3 bedrooms what you expected?” one of the members said that. I was thinking I will have a tough night then.

It’s was raining out there all of the team members was sitting in the living room and some of us are watching Astro’ Star Movie channel and some of them was preparing barbeque’ foods. Quite boring actually just feels like going back home, watching TV program and lying on the sofa. The only difference was my bb and Jojo is not around… Sad...

My first day in Port Dickson is actually spending with swimming pool and barbeque. It kind of fed up and a little disappointed of my first visit in Port Dickson. Haiz. The best part of my 2 days trip is I’m driving for 90km from Kuala Lumpur to Port Dickson and the next day from Port Dickson to Kepong and Ampang with 150 speeds. Gosh, I can’t believe that finally I make it. Ha-ha… But it’s tiring me, once I got home I’m half death and lying on my bed with my bb..

Sunday afternoon, all of my friends were hanging out around. I’m working in my office and preparing all the administrative work for my team. I will be in Port Dickson tomorrow with all of my team members. To be honest, I never been there before that, it would be my first visit in Port Dickson since I’m 21 sounds embarrassing.

Once I stepped into my office, I heard a lot of colleagues were busying around and I’m almost late actually 5 more minutes. Jinn are playing around with me. Scary me…

Z: Hi guys! How was the day?

J: Hey! You’re late…

Z: Not yet, I still have another 5 minutes. Don’t block my way. I got to log in my account already.

J: Ha-ha. Just go and log in your master system first.

D: Open your master system first. Don’t worries you still have 5 more minutes. No bother.

Z: Yup, I knew it.

I will go to Port Dickson later on. Should I happy because of the trip? Maybe yes. I’m not that excited like what I had expected while my team had decided pay there a visit. My mood was swinging once I’m thinking of I got to spend my days off out of my house and this time is without spending it with my bb. I felt little frustrated because I preferred to stay at home rest more rather than hanging out there for my day off. There are not alternative for me, I am the person in charge for this trip.

I’m working until 2 in the mid-night and I got to wake up around 10 in the morning to get prepared myself. I got to meet up with my team leader Miera in AMPANG LRT station. They planned to let me be their driver to fetch them from Kuala Lumpur to Port Dickson later. God, please taking care of me. I never experienced for driving long journey before that. This is a big challenge for me… Since I got my license, I only fetching my family members, Angel, Jeff and also someone I loved but no others. I preferred people to drive me rather than I drive for the person. This trip, I got to drive Miera, Ayshah and Kenneth going to Port Dickson later. Ha-ha, hope they will be safe and fine all the way to Port Dickson later on because I’m a bad and danger driver.

Anyway, I’m having my supper while writing blog. I am getting fat and gained more meat compare to previously. Most of my colleague said, it would be better if I gained more meat rather than skinny me. I was planning for work out lately, maybe do it at home while waken up from my lovely bed. But I’m kind of lazy ass… it could be someday….

Late of the night

I reached home around 3.00 in the morning. I was absolutely hungry and tired now. I insist to get an instant mee and finished it before I went to bed. I know it was kind of fat but what to do? I’m god damn hungry now!

Looking at the calendar while having my instant mee, I was thinking it Friday now. Oh my fucking Gaga! I got class in the morning around 10. Gosh, but I’m still here and rushing for my proposal. However, I was thinking whether I want to skip the class for this week or not because my job is more important than my studies currently because the subject that I took is actually I already taken when I’m doing my diploma 2 years ago.

I’m exhausted because of my schedule was packed and rushing around. I’m finished my work around 2am today, I got to wake up at 8am later to get prepared myself for my class which conducted on 10 morning and finished at 1 in the afternoon. My working schedule would be at 5 in the afternoon later until 2 the next day again. It’s really tiring me and I hate my college. They change and change the schedule again and again.

When the first day I stepped in to the class, the lecturer actually asking our opinion to adjust the schedule from Wednesday moved to Thursday afternoon. What the fuck! I’m the first person who stands up and said no. The lecturer questioning me the reason why unable to change, then I answered him “I’m a part-timer student actually, your administrative actually forced me to join full-timer classes due to insufficient of part-timer student for this subject. I am currently working in Berjaya Groups, please do not change the schedule as what you think you going to do because my schedule was fixed and it is unchangeable.”

I think Mr. Poon was quite surprise actually because of the way I spoke to him quite rough. Who cares? He just drives me crazy.

I guess this is the time for me to bed now. It is 3.22am now I just finished my supper and washed the dishes. The terrible news would be I only left 5 to 6 hours for my bed time. Tomorrow will be my bad day and exhausted day in my life that I ever had.

Create on 16^th July 2009, Thursday.

One of our department managers was sitting around us today. He is actually looking at his lappie and listening to song. Firstly, we are guessing around he is here to monitor us, but he is not. It scary me because I’m doing my personal stuffs while I’m on duty. Haha. Who cares? What to do? I’m just too free after I done the checking for the re-activation list.

Its’ 5.52pm now, I am responsible for 3pm to 12.00midnight. I was sitting in front of my office’ pc and start blogging. Before I started my blog, I was wondering what subject I want to blog. So I decided to blog something as per usual what I had done for my previous posts. For me, blog is kind of area that help me to release my mood around. I am here for my mood but not purposely and go for blogging. I do love writing but majority in Chinese this is my first try to do it in English. Poor stuff because my English level doesn’t like what my friends around did. They actually do better that what I did it now. I am regretting now.

After I had go through my dear’ diaries, I was thinking is this what Willy should be? Perhaps. For sure, this is his pattern and I can’t do any changes on it. He is perfect for me no matter from his look, style, personality, the way of he spoke and everything. He is humor and cordiality, this is why when comes to chit chatting we talk a lot.

Previously, when he came back from Taiwan and he said want to meet up. I was stressed actually because for sure he will judge my eyes for sure. I’d tried a lot of treatment before but no effect at all. I working as customer service and my company am 24-7 service industry. So everything that I did is useless. But we didn’t meet up at the end until the day he went back to Taiwan without receiving any call from him. Maybe he just busying around.

Today my bb was fallen in sick... makes me feel so worrying about bb…

Z: B, are you ok? You look very sick now…

M: Yes, I’m fine here. Just felt headache and thinking want take some rest.

Z: Well, then do remember to drink more water and put your work away and rest well. Do you need me to buy medicine for you? It is worse if you resist visiting doctor.

M: Don’t worry. I’m fine here. I will rest more and drink more water then.

Z: Ok, then I going to work by myself then. Since you are sick now and I don’t want you to tire yourself.

M: How you going to work then? Some more it’s 2.35pm now and you got to work at 3.00pm.

Z: I will take cab then. Don’t worry I will be fine.

M: Ok, miss you.

After 10 minutes I left my house, I am trying to get a cab outside the guardhouse but I failed because most of the taxi driver resisted fetching me to Sultan Ismail Road because they thinking of the bad traffic jam out there. What the fuck? I don’t mean that I won’t pay for them. I was trying to stop the next cab, the Chinese driver like want chop me into pieces because he requested me to pay for RM 20.00 but I rejected and decided for the next cab. Unfortunately, I failed to get a cab at the moment so I called my bb again fetching me to work.

Incompetent

I worked around 8 in the morning, before I get into my office entrance. I met 2 of my team leaders smoking in front of the entrance. Previously I will proceed to greet them friendly. This incidence happened 2 months after I had joining this company, I realized that both of them just nobody for me because they are irresponsible and I don’t think I will going to give full respect to them after I knew their usual pattern in the office. For me, they just a trash in this company with fully “protected” by some one.

I just don’t understand those persons in charge sometimes because they just like to show off their power to the “little” staffs around this office. I realized that they actually not powerful like what they usual “act” in front of us because they are coward. They do not dare to attend irk customers’ calls who requested to communicate with them. Usually they will just ask us to take down the customer details and they will arrange a call back afterwards but there is always ZERO feedback from them sometime we have to keep on reminding them about the call back. Finally whether they keep their promised to the customer or not until the customer call us back and screwed our ass up only they will take action. Jesus Christ! I can’t bear to this kind of environment already. Among those team leaders in my office, only 2 of the leaders working with right attitude.

One of the idiot done something wrong yesterday (13^th July 2009), it already affected not only my customer but my colleague’ customer as well regarding to the re-activation urgently. I had done the checking in the list of re-activation. There is not request sent to the relevant department but the fellow dropped in the customer account and status there request had been sent. I am wondering, if the request had been sent through the department why no record found in the list? So what to do? We forced to tell the customer, “So sorry Sir, the previous agent didn’t do the request for you. The re-activation request had been sent again it would be taking for another 3 to 5 working days.” Apart from this, what else I can do for the customer? No one knows this is the only thing as a front-liner can request for them.

The incompetent’ leaders we had decided to complaint him to the head of department. They just make us feel sick and uncomfortable with them.

Recently, one of my colleagues lost her hand phone Sony Ericsson in our office. She left it in the female rest room during night time. I just feel curious about the “Thief” brand who stole my colleague’s hand-phone. I guess the “person” was an idiot, don’t the “person” noticed that our floor have a lot CCTV around to actually guard on the floor?

It’s actually a very ridiculous action after this case happened in my office. The first crime scene happened in FEMALE REST ROOM. The place is strictly not for male staff area but the investigator suspected Female and Male Staff doing it and checking all the Male staff’ lockers. Oh My Fucking Gaga… What’s going on with their brain? Don’t those noticing it happen in FEMALE rest room and Male staff is extremely not allowed get into the Female Washroom. For common sense, male staff won’t go to female washroom to pee. How those Male staffs notice there is a hand-phone actually left in the FEMALE WASHROOM!

Lastly, the case still under investigation, it is happened 3 days ago and still no feedback from the security team regarding to this case. Keep waiting…

Saturday Morning

I don’t know why I will write this article. I know this would be kind of mission impossible to me but I am doing it now. I woke up around 8 this morning and prepared myself for my very first class in KASTURI for my Accountancy course today. I felt excited and happy because finally I returned to my student life again. I had done my revision for the first 2 chapters in my notes before I went to bed yesterday night.

When I reached my college around 9.45 in the morning and the receptionist informed me about the class schedule had been adjusted to Friday morning. I felt mad at the point because I woke up early in the morning because of the class and now they did the adjustment without noticing us. I just left the building after I screwed them up.

I admit I’m not that kind of person who really can’t bear on someone or some procedure more than twice for an action that I did it to complete a matter. I am suffering with the day that administrative informed me about the part-time schedule had been cancelled and I had planned it for my entire month working schedule without complaining them for the cancellation of the class last minute.

After I left the building and heading to Pandan Jaya for breakfast. I had packed breakfast for all of us in the house before I came back home. I was thinking to pack for Zi Yuan as well since he is still lying in his lovely bed so just forget about him... I think he won't mad of me because I'm just telling the truth.

When I am back from out there, I just starting to settle in to the usual pattern at home. It’s 11.50 in the morning I get myself a glass of tea ice that packed from food court before I got home along with my favourite dumplings noodle to serve my hungry “tank”. Why “tank”? I can fit a lot of tasty foods in it and I just gain my weight but not body shape. This is why my girlfriends always jealous because of my "feature".

After my brunch I got nothing to do. So I decided to turn on my lappie and surf through the net and blogging. It was a hot afternoon although it’s raining out there. Since one of my “Dear” – Willy claims that I got to blog in English version. Gosh! That is mission impossible to me but now I did it. Usually, I do prefer blogging in Chinese version because I afraid of my poor English will terrify readers around.

While surfing through the net, I just realize that a lot cases happening around us and I never concern about. Like H1N1, it seems getting serious from day to day but I was like “Ok… Then what can I do about it? Just get home early and bathe?!” This is my usual pattern that I react to my life. Malaysia gained cases for today record, H1N1 increasing the number of suspected from 500 something to 627 cases in a day. God bless

H1N1 likes nothing to Malaysian because I still can see a lot of grouping of peoples still walking around for Mega sales even. I went TESCO Ampang with Mervin yesterday and there was crowded. TESCO Ampang had a lot of Promotion and we spent a lot for our foods and beverages. As what government suggested to Malaysian, reduce family outing activities in order to prevent spread of H1N1 but most of the people were bustling with noise and excitement around the market.

Actually, I feel sick today. I had flu and sore-throat. Don’t know why since I joined this company and working as Customer Service Representative onwards, I fell sick easily. Seems cough, flu, and fever already be one of my partner in my life now. I got to work on shift rotation and sometime I will be responsible for the night team to handle incoming calls. Stressful and flexible rest time would be the reason why I get sick easily not because of I didn’t take care of my own but hardly to fix me rest time.

I was thinking to look new opportunities out there. It seems hard to be done due to my education background with incompletely status. This is the reason why I subscribe to professional course in accountancy. I hope that I can achieve goal that I had set for my coming years and months.

Anyway, I trying to recover myself with having medicine and drink a lot of water and rest well. Hope it would be better tomorrow.
